New life, New house, New hair

Greetings from my new life. I feel blessed, worn out, and happy. It's hard to believe that I'm really here In Utah now. It's been a long road. I guess if you only know me by my posting you hardly know about it. I had to be really hush, hush as far as online goes. We've been in the process since November. Dane has started his new job, and all is going really well. The hours are great and the job is very low key. We are getting our new house settled which is a bigger job than I ever imagined. I think it has to do with my energy level being at a pregnancy low. I do love our house though. It feels like home. The kids are adjusting and enjoying swimming and no schedule. We've had such late nights ,I'm getting to sleep in a little lately. School will feel really early. My mother in Law Helen and her friend Richard have been living with us. It has worked pretty well. I just feel like we destroyed their retirement peace and quiet. I love taking turns making dinner though. Helen loves to help, and the kids love her spoiling them with two ice-cream cones a day. Dane wonders why the kids aren't eating dinner lately? Helen found a house she liked and they accepted our offer. I think she will feel relieved to have her own space.
I think when your pregnant you need to have control over something with your body, so I got the intense craving to cut my hair. It was one of those that couldn't wait. I called the salon and said I need to get in within the hour. I took the risk of having someone cut my hair that I didn't know. I think I lucked out because I really like the change, and she took her creation very seriously. I went from long to short in a little over an hour. Dane HATES short hair, and my hair cut is no exception. But it's worth it to me to have a change.

I'm so excited to see you again!!;) I love your new hair cut! It's got to be so nice in the hot weather, so light and so fluffy and so quick to do! I LOVE your house. It looks amazing. How big is it? Wow...sounds like things have been crazy, but you're taking it so well! Again...I'm happy your back on line!:)

Welcome Back friend! So- what part of Utah are you in? We need to get together. Somehow. That would be a lot of fun. Keep in touch.

For some reason, I want to tease Dane about his aversion to short hair non-stop!!! It looks great!!!

I LOOOOOVVVVVEEEDDDDDD my visit with you guys so much. THANK YOU.

I made myself not cry saying goodbye because it will never be okay that you are not by me. I hate it. But, I have to admit, you guys fit where you are.

We are so glad you are here. I think your hair looks super cute. Aaron didn't really like my haircut either when I cut mine off but sometimes we just need a change.....and they survive.
