Luke 18 Months!

Our little sweet Luke is getting to be such a big boy. He makes me laugh everyday. He is my little buddy that hangs out with me. We are hardly ever apart. He has always been very attached to Mommy, and that hasn't changed a bit. He loves anything with wheels. You hardly ever see him without a Thomas train, or some kind of car in hand. I can see in his eyes when he plays that his little mind is trying to figure out how everything works. I'm amazed how boyish he is and that he chooses to act like Jacob and Dane, not me or LIndsay. I guess that sounds funny, but I never pressure my children to play with certain toys. I never would take a doll out of his hands. He just is such a boy. The other day I was on the phone and he was crying holding up Dane's car magazine that he had gotten off the back of the toilet. He wasn't satisfied until we sat down and looked at all the shinny wheels together. He has a wonderful sense of humor and loves silly or Daddy crazy time. He isn't talking very much yet, but he is understanding almost everything. He's a good eater, and sleeper which I love. He loves soft things. And when he sees something soft he makes a sweet sound with his voice. I love this trait and hope it doesn't end. For example when he sees my hair in the morning he makes this cute little sound, or if he sees a cat, or a stuffed animal. He is a happy boy! And I can't believe that we ever survived without him.

So cute! I can't believe your baby is 18 months! Remember when our oldest were 9 months!! GEE time flies! I love the picture of him. What a handsome little man! He's lucky to have a mom like you. I don't think I've ever looked through a car magazine with anyone!;) You're such a great mom!
